Pork cutlet Prime rack of pork served on almonds & cinnamon rissotto topped with plum relish and served with snow peas
Snapper Pan-fried snapper fillet served on a bed of Italian panzanella salad, topped with avocado purée
Tortellini Tortellini stuffed with pumpkin & feta in a sage butter sauce, served with toasted pine nuts & fresh rocket leaves
